There is a $30.00 booking deposit to hold a unit, Units will not be held without deposit

Once payment is received the booking is considered confirmed and as a result cancellation can only be made according to the terms below

Summer Bookings

A $30.00/per unit non refundable  fee is required at the time of reserving each unit. Full payment will be taken 30 days prior to your check in date confirm your reservation.      June 1st - Aug 31st

Summer Cancellation

Bookings that are cancelled 30 days in advance will receive a full refund less a $30.00 admin fee. Cancellations between 15-30 days will result in a 50% penalty. Less than 14 days notice is non refundable.

Winter Bookings

A $30.00/per unit non refundable  fee is required at the time of reserving each unit. Full payment will be taken one week in advance to confirm your reservation.      Sept 1st - May 31st

Winter Cancellation

Cancellation done a week before check in date will result in the loss of the $30.00 booking fee . If cancelled within less than a week no refund will be issued.

    

Reservations are not eligible to be moved to an alternated date.  A new booking is required

Advanced Bookings

 

We will accept bookings up to a year in advance with a $30.00 non refundable fee at time of booking.
