Rental Requirements
- Valid driver's licence required
- Credit Card required
- Damage Deposit required before departure
- Rental agreement must be reviewed and signed before departure
- Please arrive 30 mintues early if boating certification is required
Damage Deposit and rental payment are required before departure. Damage deposits are returned after the boat inspection is complete
Cancellation & Weather Policy
- Customers may reschedule their booking one time with a minimum of 48 hours notice, subject to availability
- Cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours notice may result in forfeiture of any deposit paid.
- Pickerel Point Marina reserves the right to cancel or delay rentals due to unsafe weather conditions, including high winds, lightning, heavy rain, or other conditions that may affect the safety of our customers and staff
- If a rental is cancelled by us due to weather, customers may choose to reschedule their booking to another available date.
- No refunds will be issued for shortened rental periods due to weather conditions that develop after the rental has begun.
- Customers are responsible for arriving on time for their scheduled rental. late arrivals may result in a reduced rental period without refund.
